Jennifer M. Settles, Esq. has over 25 years of experience representing clients in complex business transactions. 

Jennifer has served as the lead transactional attorney in hundreds of millions of dollars in diverse commercial transactions, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Law and Governance, Commercial Contracts, Commercial Real Estate and Financing Transactions.    Jennifer closes deals quickly and cost-effectively, helping her clients navigate complex transactions with confidence, ease and success.  

Jennifer represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including transportation, eCommerce, medical devices, technology, heavy equipment, infrastructure, real estate development, professional services and more.  Her clients include individuals, small and mid-sized businesses, family offices, portfolio companies, and publicly-traded corporations.

Before founding her law firm, Jennifer practiced law at regional and international law firms, and served as in-house legal counsel for large corporations.
